Sale of M-real Hallein GmbH signed and sealed

The takeover of the Hallein cellulose plant by the Austrian Schweighofer Group is complete. Today, Thursday 1 September 2011, the closing and thus the final transfer of ownership took place. The Hallein industrial plant will henceforth be named ‘Schweighofer Fiber’.
